He's turning rivals green with envy…even as the 'Mozart of Madras' goes green himself! The heftily lauded A. R. Rahman will be rooting for the cause of the environment with his 'Jai Ho' world tour.
His concert will roll out the red, oops sorry, green carpet for attendees and will draw their attention to crucial issues such as global warming and climate change.
A Rahman source states, "Green carpets will be rolled out at the event and we're looking at having only non alcoholic beverages."
Reportedly, the concert will span 16 major cities worldwide touring Canada, US, France, Netherlands, Norway and the UK, among others.
Besides, Amy Tinkham, the famed choreographer and director, who in the past has teamed up with musical heavyweights such as Sir Paul McCartney and Britney Spears, will serve up her expertise to make the concerts truly unforgettable….
